Grammy Awards domina Taylor Swift per lei sette nomination

Lunedì 15 Febbraio allo Staples Center di Los Angeles, in California, si terrà la 58esima edizione dei Grammy Awards 2016. Dopo un anno di attesa sono state rese note sulla CBS tutte le nomination. Padroni incontrastati di questa edizione Taylor Swift, The Weeknd ( 7 nomination) e Kendrick Lamar con 11 nomination, inclusi Album of the Year, Song of the Year e Best Rap Album.
Social scatenati sulla presenza di Meghan Trainor nella categoria "Best New Artist" e in Italia in particolari fandom furiosi perché nell'elenco non compaiono: One Direction, Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande e Selena Gomez.


Tra i grandi assenti spicca Beyoncé Knowles vincitrice lo scorso anno di 3 grammofoni d'oro come migliore performance R&B, migliore canzone R&B con “Drunk in Love” e Best Surround Sound Album.
Tra le pop Star candidate anche Lady Gaga con Diane Warren per Til It Happens to You e Ed Sheeran che con il brano “Thinking Out Loud” gareggerà per la categoria "Record of the Year" e "Song of the Year".
